Maintaining the training calendar and adapting schedules where required to support the needs of the client and Centre network
Gathering and reporting satisfaction feedback to help measure the effectiveness of Centre website training
Developing website insight reports that provide Centres and head office stakeholders with a clear view of website engagement and performance
Capturing and reporting Centre website queries and required bug fixes, ensuring the wider team has clear visibility of issues and progress
Identifying opportunities to improve Centre website support and add value for the client, such as developing useful guides and support materials
Supporting the client team with uploading and managing content across Centre websites
Editing or recommending content changes where appropriate, working with Regional SAMs and Centre stakeholders to ensure content meets agreed standards
Managing website access requests
Collaborating with and supporting the wider team on other campaigns and production activity when required
Supporting Centre HTML communications when capacity and priorities allow, including HTML build, testing and compliant data management
